Cancellation window
- You can cancel a stocked item any time before it is dispatched.
- Print-on-demand items can be cancelled within 6 hours of order confirmation, before production begins.
- Past that window, the order can only be returned/replaced under our return policy.
How to cancel
The fastest way: log in and use the “cancel order” option under Account → Orders. Or write to hello.captchaco@gmail.com with your order number.
Refund on cancellation
Approved cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method. See our refund policy for timelines.
Cancellations by us
In rare cases — payment failures, suspected fraud, stock outage, or address undeliverable — we may cancel an order from our side. You'll be notified by email and refunded in full immediately.
