15-day window
You can request a return or replacement within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Non-returnable items
- Customised or personalised print-on-demand items (made just for you).
- Items marked “final sale” or sold during clearance drops.
- Innerwear, socks and accessories for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards.
Replacements & size exchanges
- If a piece arrives damaged, misprinted or is the wrong size, we'll send a replacement at no cost — share photos within 7 days of delivery.
- Size exchanges within India are free of charge (subject to stock).
- International size exchanges incur a return shipping fee.
How to start a return
- Email hello.captchaco@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
- We'll share a return pickup link (or shipping address for international orders).
- Once the item is received and inspected (1–3 days), we initiate the refund or replacement.
Condition of returned items
If a returned item arrives worn, washed, smells strongly of perfume/smoke, or is damaged outside of transit, we may reject the return or offer a partial refund.
