captcha.co (“we”, “us”) is operated in India and offers small-batch, print-on-demand clothing. This policy explains what we collect when you browse, create an account, or place an order on captcha.co.

Account information

Your name, email, and (optionally) phone number when you sign up with Google or email. We use this to save your cart, wishlist and order history.

Order information

Shipping address, contact number, items ordered, and payment confirmation status. Payment card details are handled directly by Razorpay and never stored on our servers.

Site analytics

Basic usage data (pages visited, device type, anonymous identifiers) to understand what's working and what isn't. Cookies are functional only — no third-party ad tracking.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello.captchaco@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Account data is kept while your account is active. Order records are retained for 7 years to comply with Indian tax and accounting law. Analytics data is anonymised after 14 months.

captcha.co is not intended for users under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email or a banner on the site at least 7 days before they take effect.
