You agree to use captcha.co lawfully and respectfully. No scraping, automated bulk ordering, reselling without permission, or interference with site operations.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. You must be 16 or older to create an account. We may suspend accounts that show signs of fraud or repeated chargebacks.

Your saved cart, wishlist and order history live on your account. You can delete your account at any time by writing to us.

All products are made in small batches, often on a print-on-demand basis. Slight colour, weight or print placement variation is part of how each piece is made.

Prices are listed in INR and include applicable GST. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch — you'll be refunded fully if you don't wish to proceed.

Payments are processed via Razorpay. By placing an order you authorise us to charge the chosen payment method. Order confirmation is sent over email once payment succeeds.

We may cancel any order that appears fraudulent, mispriced or undeliverable. Refunds for cancelled orders are issued in full within 5–7 business days.

All photography, graphics, designs, copy and the captcha.co name are owned by us. Personal sharing is encouraged; commercial use, reproduction or resale requires written permission.

If you tag us or share content involving our products, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost it with credit. We reserve the right to remove or report content that is hateful, illegal, or misuses the brand.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of captcha.co is limited to the value of the order in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
