Shipping

Orders are confirmed instantly. Production for print-on-demand pieces takes 2–4 business days. Once produced, orders are dispatched within 24 hours and a tracking link is sent over email and SMS.

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
• Free shipping on orders over ₹2,000. Otherwise ₹99 flat.
• Cash on delivery is not currently supported.

• Delivery in 7–14 business days depending on destination.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
• Customs duties and import taxes (where applicable) are the recipient's responsibility.

You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Logged-in customers can also view live status under Account → Orders.

If something hasn't arrived within the expected window, write to hello.captchaco@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate with our shipping partner and resolve it.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We can update addresses only before dispatch. Returns due to incorrect addresses are at the customer's cost.
