Refund Policy

Refunds are processed quickly and to the original payment method. Here's exactly how and when.

When you're eligible

  • Order cancelled before dispatch.
  • Return approved under our return policy.
  • Damaged or wrong item delivered (with photo proof within 7 days).
  • Order undeliverable due to our error.

Refund timeline

Once a refund is approved, we initiate it within 24–48 hours. Razorpay then settles the amount based on your payment method:

  • UPI / Wallets: 1–3 business days.
  • Credit/Debit cards: 5–7 business days.
  • Net banking: 3–5 business days.
  • International cards: up to 14 business days depending on issuing bank.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We do not issue cash refunds. Store credit may be offered as an alternative if you prefer — it never expires.

Partial refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in less-than-original condition, returns received outside the 15-day window, or shipping fees on non-eligible returns.

If your refund hasn't arrived

Please check with your bank first — refunds can sometimes appear with a 2–3 day delay even after Razorpay confirms settlement. If it still hasn't arrived, write to hello.captchaco@gmail.com with your order ID.
